PORTIA 2006 Franchise Accomplishments

The
past year was an exciting year for the PORTIA Franchise - a year that unveiled
several new product releases and services in addition to an extraordinary commitment
to PORTIA from our client base. Additionally, we formed several new partnerships
to bring several best-of-breed solutions to our clients.
Throughout the
year, PORTIA welcomed 18 new clients from around the globe to its family. These
new clients stretch from North America to Asia and also include two clients in
the rapidly expanding Middle East region.
Our existing clients also made
commitments to PORTIA as 20% of our existing client base invested in their PORTIA
operations. These investments include upgrades, new modules, additional user licenses
and utilizing the expertise of our Professional Services Group. Overall, over
40% of our clients are in the process of or have upgraded to the latest versions
of PORTIA, v7.0 or v8.0.
In June 2006, PORTIA
v8.0 was released with great enthusiasm from our clients. Client participation
during the development process and Early Adopter testing of v8.0 was at an all
time level. The new features added in v8.0 (Corporate Actions and ACCESS) were
conceived through discussions and input directly from our clients.
PORTIA's
development team also entered the testing lab during 2006 and placed significant
effort in ensuring PORTIA could handle the volume of transactions our clients
are expecting to reach in the near future. We are pleased to announce that the
scalability of v8.0 far exceeded the benchmarks goals we set and far exceeded

September brought the launch of PORTIA
Perform 2.0 and eReports, both of which were launched at the 2006 Thomson
Buyside Conference. Perform 2.0 adds After-Tax performance, Attribution and many
other enhancements. Currently, 8 clients are either in production or implementing
PORTIA Perform. PORTIA eReports also made
its glitzy debut at the Conference. eReports is a web-based enterprise reporting
platform that provides advanced data retrieval, presentation, and delivery capabilities
for your client reporting needs.
As the franchise entered 2007, the PORTIA
Workspace was officially launched. The Workspace is designed to allow you
to customize the way you interact with PORTIA. The Workspace is an exciting endeavor
and as the PORTIA franchise hits 2007 full steam ahead, we look to have another
exciting and successful year.
